At Luggage District, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy worry-free travel with your luggage. To ensure clarity, please carefully review our warranty terms and conditions before making a claim.


Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, including (but not limited to):

  • Handles (including telescopic handles)

  • Wheels and wheel housing

  • Zippers and zipper pullers

  • Locks and combination systems


Warranty Period

  • The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

  • Duration of warranty may vary depending on the brand or model purchased (please refer to your product details).


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Airline or transit handling (scratches, dents, cracks, broken shells, or fabric tears).

  • Misuse, accidents, or neglect (e.g., overstuffing or dragging).

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (such as fading, scuffing, or minor scratches).

  • Loss of keys, accessories, or removable parts.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

⚠️ Important: Luggage body/shell damage (cracks, breaks, dents) is not covered under the warranty. If this occurs during travel, we recommend reporting it immediately to the airline or transport company handling your baggage.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at: info@luggagedistrict.com

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  3. Share clear photos or videos of the defect for faster assessment.

  4. Our team will review the claim and confirm if it falls within the warranty coverage.


Resolution Options

If the defect is covered by warranty, Luggage District will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the defective part, or

  • Provide a replacement product of equal or similar value (if repair is not possible).


Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for shipping/transportation costs when sending luggage for inspection or repair (unless otherwise stated).

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.


Reminder: Warranty is meant for manufacturing defects only. For damages caused during travel (such as broken body/shell, dents, or cracks), please file a damage report directly with the airline or courier service at the time of baggage collection.
