Return & Refund Policy

At Luggage District, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts/accessories may not be eligible for return.


UAE Orders

  • Free delivery is offered on orders above AED 100 (for the first shipment).

  • If you request a return, the return shipping fee is AED 10, which will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items sold under clearance, promotional sales, or marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Customized or personalized products.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@luggagedistrict.com

  • We will require photos/videos of the issue to process a replacement or refund.
