Shipping policy

Local shipping (Inside United Arab Emirates) will be free of charge for any order above AED 100.00 - orders below AED 100.00 will be charged AED 10.00 shipping fees.

Regional shipping (GCC Countries) will be charged a specific amount depends on your order and it is non-refundable in case of return *(check refund policy).

Shipping fees for regional shipping (GCC Countries) will be calculated and apply at cart page. Please be aware that when you place an international order, there may be additional fees charged by your country's customs which are VAT and customs clearance fees.

However, in special cases for non-standard deliveries, fees and charges may be applicable, details of which will be provided by Luggage District and agreed with the customer prior to any order being completed.

Deliveries will be up to the address as specified by the customer. The delivery team may contact the customer in advance in case further clarification of the address is required.

The risk of loss of or damage to the product(s) passes to the client upon delivery. Notwithstanding this, Luggage District will provide the client with a 24-hour notice from time of delivery to instruct Luggage District of any damage to the product(s).  Within this period, Luggage District will remedy the damage provided that the damage was not inflicted by the customer and that the product(s) have not been delivered.

Luggage District will use reasonable commercial endeavors to deliver the product(s) on the delivery date. If Luggage District is unable to deliver the product(s) (by reason of transportation difficulties or otherwise) on the agreed delivery date, it will use reasonable commercial endeavors to do so within a reasonable period after the delivery date.

Local Delivery (inside UAE) takes 1-2 working days of once you place the order and depending on your location. Regional Delivery (GCC Countries) takes 5 to 8 working Days depending on your location the most convenient service. Please note additional handling times will be expected. Global orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delay.
