Warranty Terms & Conditions

Luggage District travel bags and accessories are performance tested by packing them to full capacity and using the international quality control standards. Before we offer any product for sale, it passes a number of rigorous tests for strength, durability and reliability that are the primary demands of people who are constantly travel.

Luggage District warrants that the purchased items is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It includes manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must:

• Retain the original proof of purchase.
• Notify the Company of any alleged defect promptly upon discovery.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not cover the repair fees which excess the value of product itself. And any damage of the irrelevant use, negligence, accidence of exposing products to the extreme temperature, dissolvent, acid liquid and water are all exception of our service range. In addition, the attrition resulted from normal use or the damage caused by consignment is also not included in the range of free repair. If the products of yours have problems after mentioned, you can still contact us. We will be sure of giving you advice or providing the charged maintaining service.

To obtain warranty service, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@luggagedistrict.com. The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the defective Product at their expense.
